林同骅（Lin, Tung Hua）先生是航空及工程力学家，美国国家工程院院士，中国航空业的先锋。

1953年获密歇根大学博士学位，论文题目为 “Response of contact accelerometer under steady state and transient motions” （接触式加速度计在稳态和瞬态运动下的响应）。
